My name is Emma Sankey and along with my Husband Paul & son Brady, we currently share our home with 4 bernese. We have been owned by a berner since 1993 and our kennel Zollikon was established in 2000. 

The foundation of our kennel is the gorgeous BISS CH Zanzebern Talisker - the first bitch in Australia or New Zealand to have been awarded a Specialty Best in Show. Issie has produced multiple champions and class in show winners from her three litters. We will be forever indebted to our wonderful friend Nicole Lennon of Zanzebern Bernese for sharing Issie with us. Nicole is also co owner of CH Nalle Fender Van't Rijkenspark (imp NDL).

In 2011 our bitch Cosi became the 3rd bitch in Australia to be awarded a Specialty Best Show under Breed Specialist judge Sharon C. Smith (October's BMD)., who had an Australian record entry of 108 bernese to judge.  

Our breeding program aims to produce happy healthy bernese that are sound in both temperament and body. All of our current bernese are hip and elbow scored, have a clear eye certificate and are DNA profiled for von Willebrands Disease and Degenerative Myelopathy. Most are Australian Champions.
